- Heating Method: The automatic onion rings making machine offers two heating methods—electric heating and gas heating. It is designed in two types: pure oil automatic scraping type and oil-water separation type.
- Feeding: A double-layer mesh belt conveyor is used; the material is sandwiched between the two mesh belts to prevent floating.
- Frying: The oil temperature is automatically controlled throughout the frying process and can be set arbitrarily within the range of 0-230℃, suitable for frying foods with various processing requirements.
- Frying time: The frying line adopts a dynamic circulation filtration system, the mesh belt is made of stainless steel, and it uses variable frequency stepless speed regulation, allowing for adjustable frying time.
- Discharge: Equipped with an automatic slag removal system to safely remove generated residue.
- Cleaning: Equipped with an automatic lifting system, the top cover and mesh belt can be raised and lowered for convenient manual cleaning.
